Providence Athletic Fee - 1 Season

Congratulations Athletes and Parents! 

The Providence Athletic Fee is a voluntary (but very much needed) contribution that we ask for from each of our athletes.  It is different from a PAC membership.  It is the Panther Athletic Club’s largest fundraiser. CMS only covers a fraction of the cost of running a successful athletic program.  Items that we pay for with your tax-deductible contribution include:

-Field Maintenance-Equipment Repair and Maintenance-Travel Expenses-Licensing and Physicals for Coaches-Athletic Equipment-Athlete and Senior Athlete Recognition-Stadium Repairs-Continuing Education    And many more!!!!

These contributions provide the funding that is essential to run our athletic program. 

We encourage all teams to meet 100 percent of their goals! Student athletes are asked to contribute $80 if they play 1 season and $130 if they play 2 or 3 seasons, but have the option to contribute more.   

We have also added a Scholarship fund for families that would like to contribute to help cover all or a portion of the Athletic Fee for an athlete in need.  

Please record all sports that your child plans to participate in this year.  Each team’s goal will be based on the number of athletes on last year’s roster.

Please consider a donation to help cover the Providence Athletic Fee for our student athletes in need.  Any amount is appreciated and will help cover the fee for an athlete who is not in a position to donate.  All amounts collected in this account will first be used to cover the cost of the Providence Athletic fee for students in need and the remaining amount will be available to provide additional assitance with things such as equipment.

School Tours

Provide tours for new students and parents.  Substitutes are called on an as-needed basis. This is not a weekly commitment, but on an as-needed basis usually once a month at 10:00 a.m. on Mondays or Fridays.

Donate to Providence Theatre

We appreciate your support of Providence Theatre.  In addition to needed capital purchases, your donation funds classroom theatre and technical theatre education, show instruction from choreographers and voice coaches and professionally made costumes.  It also supports scholarships, student events and professional development.  Thank you for Giving Thanks For Theatre.

Football Parking Pass

To save your energy so you are ready to cheer loud for the Providence Panthers for Varsity games, you can purchase a Football Parking Pass that will allow you to park in our bus parking lot (non-light entrance) which are the closest parking spots to the main and pass gate entrances.

 

When you purchase a pass(es) we ask that you give us a name (first and last) that will be used to identify who should receive the pass(es).  We are also asking for a contact number so we can coordinate delivery of the pass(es).

 

If you are in attendance at the Fall Sports Parents Meeting, we will be set up to pass them out at the event.  If you purchase after August 9th, we will run a report each Wednesday and contact the person whom purchased so we can determine best method to deliver the pass to you.

Senior Yard Flocking

To celebrate your senior Panther, parent volunteers will put a flock of Prov-colored flamingos on your front yard with a sign letting them know they've been flocked.  Cost is $15 and the flock will stay for 24 hours.  Once you've paid, please send an email to [email protected] to schedule your date.
