Providence Athletic Fee - 1 Season

Congratulations Athletes and Parents! 

The Providence Athletic Fee is a voluntary (but very much needed) contribution that we ask for from each of our athletes.  It is different from a PAC membership.  It is the Panther Athletic Club’s largest fundraiser. CMS only covers a fraction of the cost of running a successful athletic program.  Items that we pay for with your tax-deductible contribution include:

-Field Maintenance-Equipment Repair and Maintenance-Travel Expenses-Licensing and Physicals for Coaches-Athletic Equipment-Athlete and Senior Athlete Recognition-Stadium Repairs-Continuing Education    And many more!!!!

These contributions provide the funding that is essential to run our athletic program. 

We encourage all teams to meet 100 percent of their goals! Student athletes are asked to contribute $80 if they play 1 season and $130 if they play 2 or 3 seasons, but have the option to contribute more.   

We have also added a Scholarship fund for families that would like to contribute to help cover all or a portion of the Athletic Fee for an athlete in need.  

Please record all sports that your child plans to participate in this year.  Each team’s goal will be based on the number of athletes on last year’s roster.
