Please check the box under "Subscribe." Under "Number of Payments," enter the number of monthly payments you would like to make.  In the "Retail cost" box, enter the amount you would like your credit card to be charged for your monthly payment. 

EXAMPLE: If you entered "5" under  "Number of payments" and you entered "$50" under "Retail cost,"  your credit card will be charged $50/month for the next 5 months for a total of $250 ($50 X 5 months). If today was Aug. 1 and you clicked "View Payment Schedule" (in blue), you see a pop up screen and that will show that you will be charged $50 on 8/2, 9/2, 10/2, 11/2 and 12/2.
